This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and maintains a strategic focus on achieving the desired results while adapting to evolving project needs and organizational priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to drive project success and resolve conflicts. - Continuously evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong capability in planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. - Ability to analyze complex situations and provide strategic guidance to teams. - Experience in risk management and problem-solving within large-scale projects. - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
