Sobre el puesto En Baxter buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Mantenimiento para incorporarse a nuestra planta de Sabiñánigo, ubicada a las puertas de los Pirineos, un entorno único donde podrás combinar desarrollo profesional, calidad de vida y contacto con la naturaleza. Como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento serás una pieza clave para garantizar la disponibilidad, fiabilidad y evolución tecnológica de nuestras líneas de producción, desde el punto de vista eléctrico, de automatización y mantenimiento de PLCs. Formarás parte de un equipo de más de 30 profesionales en una planta altamente automatizada, equipada con más de 30 robots industriales y líneas de producción completamente controladas mediante PLCs conectados a través de redes industriales. Si te apasiona la automatización, disfrutas resolviendo desafíos técnicos y quieres trabajar con tecnologías que tienen un impacto real en la vida de millones de pacientes, esta puede ser tu próxima oportunidad. ¿Cuáles son tus responsabilidades? Diagnosticar y resolver incidencias para minimizar interrupciones y asegurar la continuidad de la producción. Realizar modificaciones y mantenimiento de software de automatización para mejorar la estabilidad, el rendimiento y la fiabilidad de los equipos. Analizar parámetros críticos de funcionamiento de los equipos para identificar oportunidades de optimización y anticipar posibles incidencias. Verificar el correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas de seguridad de las máquinas y llevar a cabo las reparaciones necesarias, contribuyendo a un entorno de trabajo seguro para todos. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y actualización tecnológica que permitan incrementar la productividad y modernización de las líneas. Colaborar con los equipos de producción, ingeniería y mantenimiento para resolver problemas complejos y mejorar el rendimiento global de los procesos. Documentar las intervenciones realizadas para facilitar el análisis de incidencias, la trazabilidad y la mejora continua. Buscamos profesionales que tengan: Formación en Automatización y Robótica Industrial o experiencia equivalente en automatización industrial. Conocimientos de programación y diagnóstico de PLCs, sistemas HMI y redes de comunicación. Conocimientos de programación Siemens Step 7 y TIA Portal. Conocimientos eléctricos aplicados al mantenimiento industrial muy valorable. Curiosidad técnica, capacidad para resolver problemas y ganas de seguir aprendiendo. Por qué quieres trabajar en Baxter?
