Your Role We are seeking a Inbound Logistics Specialist with experience to manage transportation planning, execution, and optimization activities. The role focuses on ensuring efficient shipment movement, cost control, and high service levels through strong coordination with carriers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders. In this role you will play a key role in: Plan and execute inbound and outbound transportation activities Optimize routes, loads, and carrier allocation Manage shipments in TMS (OTM, SAP TM) Track shipments and handle exceptions proactively Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and suppliers Perform freight audit and validate invoices Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization Prepare reports and analyze KPIs Maintain master data accuracy and e nsure SOP and regulatory compliance Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field Grade A4 – 3 to 5 years and Grade B1 – 5 to 7 years of experience in inbound logistics operations Experience with SAP, OTM, Power BI or other TMS tools Experience in all modes of transport (Air, Ocean and Road) & Warehousing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Freight costing and contract knowledge Exposure to automation/BI tools WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE We recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
