SEC Reporting Manager

Job description

Meta is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Manager who combines strong SEC reporting expertise with a track record of transforming financial processes and improving the data that supports reporting. This senior individual contributor will help deliver accurate, timely external and internal reporting while leading initiatives to simplify workflows, strengthen reporting data, and build scalable processes. The role requires a hands-on leader who can translate reporting needs into a practical process and data strategy, work across teams to implement solutions, and drive adoption and measurable results. You will partner closely with technical accounting, investor relations, FP&A, tax, treasury, controllership, equity accounting, internal reporting, and finance systems and data teams to improve how financial information is sourced, reconciled, reviewed, and reported.
