As Sr. DOL Engagement Manager, you will set the strategic direction for how Novo engages Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs) across our global portfolio today and in the future. You will work closely with global colleagues in Product & Portfolio Strategy as well as International Operations and US Operations to drive planning and successful execution of DOL Engagement priorities with strong business impact. What you’ll bring Essential • Master’s degree in science, Marketing, Business Administration, DOL Project Management or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience with DOL engagement, strategic scientific communication, marketing strategy and execution. • A proven track record of leading complex projects with functional impact, preferably with informal leadership • Strong strategic planning skills, with the ability to turn business priorities into DOL engagement plans and see them through across campaigns and events. • Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills, including with senior leaders and external partners. • The ability to make informed decisions in complex, fast-changing situations, and to stay focused when priorities shift. What you’ll do You will become part of a team shaping how we strategically work with DOL engagement in Novo. • Set clear strategic priorities and KPIs for global DOL engagement, and drive planning and execution against them. • Build scalable frameworks and lean processes that make DOL engagement easier to repeat across assets and markets. • Lead projects, timelines and budgets, monitor spend against financial targets and adapt when priorities change. • Coordinate agencies, vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality engagements, and use performance data and feedback to keep improving. • Build close partnerships with stakeholders across PPS, International Operations and US Operations to align objectives and expectations. • Share DOL engagement activities and their business impact through internal channels such as newsletters, SharePoint and webinars. • Meet compliance and quality requirements (QMS) that apply to the role. Who you’ll work with You will join Congresses & DOL Engagement in Product & Portfolio Strategy (PPS) team based out of Soborg, Denmark. Your closest partners will be leaders and colleagues across PPS, International Operations and US Operations, at global, regional and affiliate level, including Global Public Affairs and Corporate Legal. Externally, you will work with agencies, vendors and thought leaders. As this is a global role, you should expect to work with different time zones and have around 15–20 days of travel per year. Decisions in this role are often complex and need alignment with senior stakeholders, so you are expected to bring clarity, speak up early and keep work moving. Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
