About this Position As OT Subject Matter Expert (SME) you will provide deep technical expertise and operational knowledge to support the design, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of Operational Technology (OT) solutions in line with dxT product portfolio. You will be the technical authority, ensuring solutions are practical, secure, resilient, and aligned with manufacturing and business requirements. The role bridges the gap between Product Owners, Architects, Engineering teams, and site operations by translating technical requirements into deployable and supportable solutions. Bridging Business & Technical Requirements (Translating needs to IT) What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Automation, Engineering, or a related technical field. - 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally within Operational Technology (OT), industrial IT, automation, manufacturing, or infrastructure. Hands-on experience supporting technology in manufacturing, production, logistics, or automated environments. Strong knowledge of OT infrastructure, industrial networking, virtualization, connectivity, and cybersecurity. Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and standardizing OT/industrial technology solutions. Understanding of ITIL Service Management practices. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
