In our Global Business Services Center , we support Siemens businesses worldwide with procurement expertise and digital solutions. In close collaboration with our colleagues in Germany and the US, we work in an agile environment and contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of global digital solutions for Procurement. Change the world of tomorrow with us: Act as a subject-matter expert and application owner for a global procurement solution, serving as the primary contact for internal users worldwide. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and support the Product Owner in defining solution enhancements. Take ownership of complex application topics, evaluate new functionalities, and coordinate their resolution or implementation with IT and business stakeholders. Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives within Procurement. Support stakeholder adoption of new digital tools, create expert knowledge materials, and deliver user training . Build and maintain a strong global network across Procurement, IT, and Product Management. Your profile for “Making the future possible”: Experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, digital procurement solutions, or application management. Strong ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into digital solutions . Analytical mindset , structured problem-solving skills, and a proactive "ownership" approach . Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with an affinity for digital technologies and innovation. Business fluent in English ; German or another foreign language (Spanish, Portuguese, French) is an advantage. Familiarity with project/product management, agile methodologies (Scrum) , or tools like JIRA is a plus. You will have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in Procurement, digital solutions and application management while contributing to global Procurement transformation .
