Join our team as a Senior Systems Analyst, where you will be responsible for the Operational Excellence of a group of systems/applications, performing the standard operational tasks to keep the system compliant with BI standards. Duties and Responsibilities Compliance documentation Coordination and scheduling of backup/recovery and disaster recovery testing Service Level Agreement Monitoring Access & Identity Monitoring Coordinating (but not performing) server and database patches Audit trail monitoring Small enhancements/configuration changes to software Coordinating software management Interfacing /coordinating with multiple areas of the business and IT (Functional areas & Infrastructure) Collecting and processing demands from business users Performing Incident and Problem Management Performing Change management Working with IT Infrastructure to remediate, replace, migrate or decommission legacy systems or infrastructure items Decommissioning or retiring systems Coordinating System Archiving About our future employee Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or comparable professional experience. At least two years of experience working as a System Lead or in a similar role. Knowledge/experience with SuccessFactors Time Off Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience working in a diverse environment. Ability to adapt to rapid technological or process changes and understand their business impact. Ability to work independently and as a team player.
