You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities, fostering a seamless integration of technology with business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault. - Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles. - Experience in customizing software solutions to meet business requirements. - Ability to analyze and translate complex business needs into technical specifications. - Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices. - Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
