Egis Latvia is hiring a Key Account Manager, to grow our business with a focus on working with our key business partners. The aim of the job: The Key Account Manager will be responsible for keeping regular personal contact with the main, relevant business partners (Key Accounts – doctors and other healthcare decision makers) to support them with necessary information on our products, proposing actions (including promotional, commercial and pricing activities) to maximise product availability for the benefit of patients. The role is performed in line with company strategy and local legal requirements. Tasks and obligations: Keeps continuous contact with Key Accounts related to the assigned products, based on the company’s marketing strategy and personal activity plan; Solves problems and responds to situations promptly, constantly looking for ways to improve customer service; Collects and analyses data on market size, market development and competitors; Designs and develops the circle of clients in accordance with the strategy; Proposes competitive commercial and pricing solutions, including discount strategy and trade marketing tools; Participates in events, trainings and campaigns organised by the company and supports their success; Prepares and delivers regular reports to the direct superior. We are looking for you if: You have a university or higher non-university degree (e.g. medical or economic); You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution in Latvia; You are a native speaker of Latvian and have at least intermediate level of English (fluent verbal and written communication); You have excellent communication skills with a courteous and polite attitude; You respond to issues promptly with strong problem-solving focus; You are proactive, results-oriented and show initiative; You are open to continuous professional development and training.
