Senior Security Architect Stockholm, Sweden We are looking for a Senior Security Architect who can translate regulatory, contractual and business requirements into practical security architectures and operational controls. You will work across complex customer environments and managed services, connecting regulation, risk, technology and delivery throughout the service lifecycle. Your role You will provide security leadership across customer solutions and managed services, from early solution design and procurement through transition, transformation and operational delivery. Your role is to ensure that security and regulatory requirements are clearly defined, implemented, monitored and evidenced. Key responsibilities: Lead security architecture for infrastructure, cloud, hybrid IT and managed-service environments. Translate regulatory, contractual and policy requirements into practical architectural, technical and organizational controls. Apply Security by Design and Privacy by Design throughout the solution and service lifecycle. Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments and control-gap analyses, recommending proportionate treatment and following findings through remediation or formal risk acceptance. Support customer governance, audits, bids and contractual discussions, including clear decision material on security, cost, delivery impact and residual risk. Work with architects, specialists and delivery teams to ensure that security controls are implemented, operated and evidenced, not only documented. We are looking for: Extensive experience in information or cybersecurity, with strong experience in security architecture and design. Experience working with regulatory, contractual and security requirements. Experience conducting security risk assessments, architecture reviews or compliance assessments. A good understanding of infrastructure, networking, cloud and enterprise IT. The ability to communicate security risks and recommendations to customers and senior stakeholders. Professional fluency in Swedish and English. Bonus if you have experience with: Managed services or complex customer environments. Audits, bids, RFPs and contractual discussions. Working with regulatory and security frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIS2, Säkerhetsskyddslagen, NIST and/or CIS Controls. Leading security work at customer-account level. You are comfortable challenging proposed solutions, explaining security and regulatory requirements in business language and helping teams identify practical, proportionate alternatives.
