The application window is expected to close on: 11/12/2026Candidates in EST and CST will be prioritized. Meet the Team Cisco's GTM Readiness & Performance team helps our global marketing organization work smarter by connecting the people, processes, and platforms marketers use to carry go-to-market work through execution. As part of Marketing Operations, we focus on making it easier for marketers to navigate complex systems, adopt new capabilities, and run that work with clear measurement and consistent process. The work includes campaign execution and the operational processes that support it, including tagging, metadata, and lead management. We work closely with our Director, Operations Leads, the MOPs Change team, campaign strategists, regional marketing teams, and operational leaders to identify what's working, address what's not, and keep MOPs initiatives aligned. Our team is collaborative, curious, and focused on practical solutions for this operational scope. Your Impact As the GTM Operations & Enablement Lead, you'll be the operational partner for marketer enablement and process development in this scope. You'll own the operational enablement roadmap, turning campaign and related go-to-market process standards, business rules, and platform updates into clear guidance, training, and repeatable workflows so marketers can adopt new capabilities and execute this work with less friction. You'll identify and remove bottlenecks across campaign execution, tagging, metadata, and lead management. You'll provide day-to-day operational and data support for team leads, including routine workflows and request triage, and you'll resolve recurring issues and system exceptions so leads can stay focused on critical initiatives. You'll analyze marketing and operational data to uncover inefficiencies and partner with Marketing Operations leaders and cross-functional teams on recommendations that improve campaign velocity, efficiency, lead-flow quality, and process compliance. You'll bring that work to operational reviews through clear summaries, presentations, and leadership readouts. You'll also introduce automated templates, validation checklists, and self-service workflows that reduce manual effort. Your success will be measured by how effectively you improve campaign velocity and execution within this operational scope, strengthen operational consistency and data quality, raise lead-flow quality and process compliance, and make it easier for marketers to get this work done. Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining operational processes, workflows, or enablement programs within a marketing or go-to-market organization. Experience analyzing marketing or operational datasets to identify trends, evaluate process performance, and develop recommendations. Experience creating operational documentation, process guidelines, and clear summaries, presentations, or readouts for business and leadership stakeholders. Experience working with B2B marketing operations, including campaign execution, lead management, and performance measurement, with working knowledge of MQL/SQL lifecycles and lead handoffs. Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) or a marketing automation platform. Ability to explain operational guidelines and business rules clearly to non-technical marketers, and to manage recurring operational work independently. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Marketing Operations or GTM enablement within a global B2B technology organization. Familiarity with Adobe solutions, and with both Salesforce (SFDC) and marketing automation platforms. Understanding of campaign attribution and marketing data governance. Experience implementing workflow automation, self-service tools, or AI-enabled solutions to improve operational efficiency. Experience creating training materials for business stakeholders.
