Capgemini Engineering is looking for Senior Engagement Manager to work on telecom projects. In this role you will play a key role in: On-time delivery of project milestones. Achievement of SLA/KPI targets. Budget adherence and effective cost management. Client satisfaction scores and stakeholder feedback. Quality and completeness of project documentation. Your profile Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology-based project delivery, with at least 8 years in senior delivery management roles Successful project management delivery experience from inception through the delivery lifecycle, to agreed cost, timescales and quality Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with C-level executives Experience working within a Telecommunications/Wireless environment. Expert in ITIL processes and customer support operations Project Management experience, including handling multiple clients, business lines and environments. Experience within strategic and transformation consulting. Experience in analysing business requirements. Delivery to a set of contractual obligations. Use of a formal project management methodology. In depth experience of an industry sector, e.g. Telecom Media. Understanding of the sales process and experience of managing the bid process. Make it real - what does it mean for you?
