JOB TITLE Healthcare recruiter responsible for recruiting and presenting qualified healthcare candidates (LPN, RN to medical facilities and to maintain a constant pool of candidates) conduct screening interviews with qualified nursing candidates in a timely manner. co-ordinate with client scheduler regarding staffing and maintain the scheduler up to date. Attend career fairs, open house or other seminars are required. visit facilities to maintain client relationship and provide superior customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 Years experience with a proven track record of health care staffing, tapping hidden markets; have the ability to build successful relationships with all internal and external resources. Must have new business development skills and selling negotiation skills. Ability to communicate effectively in, written and verbal format, and professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and clients.
