OCM Lead

Job description

Hon is seeking a skilled Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support large scale S/4HANA Transformation. As a OCM IT Lead, you will partner with the S/4HANA Transformation Program team including SI Partners to develop, conduct and manage Change Management activities, to drive effective change adoption across the assigned region. You will be accountable for executing and continuously improving the Organizational Change Management (OCM) methodology and ensuring the enabling toolset and learning platforms align with that methodology.
