You are a platform-agnostic integration expert who thrives at the intersection of enterprise architecture and hands-on technical delivery. You have deep experience designing and implementing integrations across a broad range of middleware, iPaaS, and cloud-native platforms, and you understand the latest Veeva API capabilities, data models, and integration patterns across the Veeva Commercial Cloud and Veeva Vault ecosystems. On large, complex programs, you serve as the integration authority, translating business requirements into robust, scalable, and compliant integration architectures. The Work: Own end-to-end integration delivery: Serve as the Integration Lead on large-scale Veeva implementations, owning the integration architecture, design, and delivery across all connected systems. Design and govern Veeva integrations: Design integration solutions leveraging Veeva APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk API, FTP/SFTP), Veeva Network APIs, and Vault APIs for both Vault and CRM commercial programs. Architect platform-agnostic patterns: Define integration patterns and select the right technologies, including MuleSoft, Informatica IICS, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Talend, or others, based on the client landscape and requirements. Define architecture artifacts: Produce integration architecture blueprints, data flow diagrams, interface control documents (ICDs), and API catalogues for enterprise programs. Lead technical discovery: Run workshops with clients to identify source systems, data domains, integration touchpoints, and non-functional requirements such as latency, throughput, error handling, and auditability, and coordinate with Veeva functional consultants, data migration leads, and enterprise architects to keep the design consistent with the overall solution architecture. Implement and configure integrations: Build integrations between Veeva and enterprise systems, including MDM (Veeva Network, Reltio, Informatica MDM), ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, CLM, data lakes, and BI platforms. Establish integration governance: Set integration standards, error handling frameworks, monitoring strategies, and operational runbooks for production integration environments. Assure quality and testing: Conduct code and design reviews to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements, and manage the integration testing lifecycle, including unit, SIT, UAT, and performance testing for all interfaces. Ensure compliance: Make sure integration solutions meet life sciences data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP where applicable). Here’s What You Need Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including substantial Life Sciences consulting, commercial operations, CRM, technology, or digital transformation experience. Minimum of 5ears of experience delivering Salesforce and/or Veeva solutions, with strong knowledge of Veeva CRM, Vault CRM, Salesforce LSC, and the broader Life Sciences commercial technology ecosystem. Minimum of 3 years of developing differentiated solutions that combine business transformation, emerging technology, data, AI, automation, and new service models to expand client value beyond traditional systems integration and application managed services. Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in enterprise integration architecture and delivery across cloud and on-premise environments. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience integrating with Veeva platforms (Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, or Veeva Network) using REST/SOAP APIs, Bulk API, or FTP-based mechanisms. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. Bonus Points If Demonstrated experience delivering integrations on two or more integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Informatica IICS, AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, Dell Boomi, or equivalent iPaaS/ETL technologies. Deep recent experience with Vault CRM, Vault Platform, Salesforce LSC, and Salesforce solutions supporting Life Sciences commercial organizations. Experience leading Veeva migrations, global CRM deployments, release planning, validation, data migration, integration, adoption, and ongoing platform modernization. Experience with commercial data platforms, HCP and HCO data, targeting and segmentation, next-best action, omnichannel engagement, field analytics, and AI-enabled customer insights.
