Job Location BRANTFORD MIX CENTER Job Description Storeroom Leader Job Description Would you like to work in Automation for P&G – one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers (2026)? We are looking to fill a future vacancy for a Storeroom Leader to join our team in Brantford, Ontario at our Greater Toronto Fulfillment Centre (GTFC). This is a Monday to Friday role and is 100% on-site. The role of the Storeroom Leader is to maintain compliance and capability within the Storeroom operation so that it meets all the necessary requirements to provide the desired service level to the Maintenance organization. The storeroom leader: Provides training, capability assessment, and guidance to the site Storeroom organization. Ensures that there is Storeroom compliance with both internal and external driven requirements (SAFE, CSA, co-employment, KPI, inventory optimization & any locally defined targets – costs or other). Is responsible for ensuring that the daily Storeroom material needs of the Storeroom and the service to the Maintenance planning organization is optimized. Maintains a reliable and stable Storeroom supply chain service level by understanding, tracking, and acting upon MRP exception messages daily. Owns and manages the spares repair (refurbishment) process for both internal and external repairs / expense and capital Storeroom materials. Creates Stock Transport Orders to fulfill “plant to plant” needs. Manages and owns the “Affiliate Sales” process (where necessary) to allow transfer of Storeroom materials where Stock Transport Order process is not feasible to transport the stock due to legal and financial requirements. Owns & manages Trigger Database work process and maintain material master data integrity post completion in Trigger Database. Job Responsibilities and Scope of Role: Role model leadership and inclusion. Work with Manager and shift technicians to maintain cohesive, responsive, and flexible organization. Coach shift team and support resources to comply with established standards. Open Receipt Reconciliation (SAP Receiving Errors, Alpha Doors, Receipt Verification, Past Due Receipts). Proactive problem solving. Inventory Deliverable Scheduling and Reporting – direction setting as needed for Inventory team. Review and convert planned orders (where STRM is employed) daily Repairable materials are processed daily Stock Transport Orders are created or fulfilled in a timely manner Affiliate Sales are created or fulfilled in a timely manner (where applicable) Bill of Lading (SAP and Non) are created properly for shipments Trigger Database is processed daily. Material Master Data is correct & up to date. Inventory glidepath and optimization efforts defined Stocking Levels are optimized and reflect current business need. Generate GAP plans and drive resolution to outage (Reference: Scorecard, Global or E2E Storeroom Service). Compliance of Service Level Agreement from Storeroom services to site, and contracted services to Storeroom operations (where applicable). Job Qualifications Qualifications We are seeking individuals who have the following qualities: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent education; a technical degree/certification Experience in Warehouse, Distribution Center, Manufacturing, Logistics is an asset but not required. P&G provides on-site training. SAP experience preferred Reliable and eager to learn new systems and technology at a quick pace Successfully manages multiple priorities, can operate under pressure, can internally assess risk and knows when to ask for help Ability to work independently and collaborate with multi-functional teams, both internal and external to the site Ability to use computerized administration systems (e.g. word, excel, PowerPoint) Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills We are looking for individuals with the following skills: Ability to own technical systems and processes Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve Strong technical and analytical skills Excellent communication and ability to collaborate positively with others Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in fast moving environment Physical Requirements: Lift, lower, carry, push & pull objects up to 50 lbs. Ability to flex, extend, and rotate neck The ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment. Stand, sit, or walk for long periods of time. Surface: Concrete, gravel, asphalt (uneven surfaces), and equipment. Twist bend at the knees, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reach. The ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing PPE and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals Operate a computer and keyboard to input and access data, and phone as well as scanners and electronic interfaces. The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas. The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt. Learn/Know terminology and functions of machine components. Meet the requirements of Quality/Good Manufacturing Practices/Good Lab Practices, following applicable gowning/de-gowning when working in the lab. Ability to position & move cases of product, bottles, connect hoses, handle glass flasks and bottles, etc. (may include grasping) Work around strong odor of perfume or wear the appropriate PPE to eliminate the odor. Work Schedule: Expected Work Schedule: Dayshift Monday through Friday (8-hour days) Travel may be required for this role.
