Your Team, Your Impact Marvell Technology is seeking a highly motivated Site HR Manager to support our GTA (Markham and Toronto), ON locations. This role serves as the primary HR leader for the site, combining strategic HR business partnering with hands-on execution of core HR programs and operations. The Site HR Manager partners closely with leaders and employees across functions to foster a high-performing, inclusive, compliant, and engaging workplace while aligning HR priorities with business goals. What You Can Expect Serve as the primary HR leader for the GTA sites and as a member of the site leadership team. Partner with leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and change management. Provide counsel and guidance to employees, leaders, and managers on employee relations, performance management, and other employment-related matters. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, provincial, and local employment laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Lead site HR programs and operations, including onboarding, training, employee communications, investigations, and exit interviews. Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partners to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives and support employees based in on the GTA region. Monitor HR trends and metrics to identify opportunities, recommend solutions, and improve the employee experience. Implement strategies that foster a safe, respectful, productive, and inclusive workplace. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership at a site or business-partner level. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development. Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive matters with sound judgement, professionalism, and a high sense of urgency. Experience facilitating team effectiveness, change management, and employee engagement initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday. HR certification such as CPHR, CHRP, or CHRL is considered an asset. Travel within the Greater Toronto Area as needed. Preferred Attributes Experience supporting a fast-paced technology or engineering environment. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate people strategies into practical solutions. Comfort working independently while building trusted partnerships across teams. A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong focus on employee experience.
