Position Summary: As a Digital Experience Project Manager, Email & Mobile in the Enterprise Project Services Business Line (RSS), you oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, execution, and optimization of lifecycle email and SMS campaigns for house and VAE programs—partnering cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and agencies to deliver compliant, high-quality communications for Genentech and Roche brands; owning strategy and operations discipline across channels; aggressively growing the SMS subscriber base; crafting mobile-first copy; deploying targeted promotional/transactional campaigns via Twilio; ensuring adherence to mobile regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR); and using A/B testing and performance analytics to generate actionable insights that drive measurable revenue. The Opportunity: Campaign Leadership: Plans, executes, and optimizes Email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with design, experience, and technical execution standards, and managing the full cycle from intake and creative handoff to QA, UAT, and deployment. Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Owners, execution teams, and external agencies) to prioritize, coordinate, and execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement and conversion. Project & Workflow Management: Manages multiple simultaneous projects, balancing business priorities, stakeholder expectations, ambiguity, and technical constraints, while guaranteeing compliance with milestones and approvals. Process Architecture & Continuous Improvement: Designs, documents, and continuously improves toolkits, standards, and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation on requirements, production flows, channel best practices, campaign calendars, and playbooks. Stakeholder & Change Management: Acts as the main point of contact for internal teams and vendors, applying change management practices to drive the sustainable adoption of new tools, processes, and systems. Who you are: Must have robust Marketing Automation experience, including managing the hands-on execution of both Email Marketing and SMS Marketing campaigns (setup, segmentation, QA, optimization, and performance monitoring). Experience with Email Marketing and SMS Marketing Experience with marketing automation tools (Adobe Journey Optimizer, Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Braze, or Iterable) and analytics platforms. Strong project management skills to lead operational delivery and ensure efficient resource utilization. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders. Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries. Preferred: Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and prior hands-on work designing, developing, and executing multichannel/omnichannel lifecycle strategies and above-campaign initiatives that drive cohesive customer journeys and channel experiences, including leading product or campaign optimization pilots. Familiarity with omnichannel systems and tools such as workflow and campaign automation platforms, CRM, AEM, or other CMS, combined with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in campaign management. PMP or equivalent project management certification; Scrum Master or similar agile certification is a plus.
