Job Description SummaryService Delivery Specialist is responsible for driving service delivery, execution, dispatching, master planning, field parts inventory and service tools management processes to ensure customer satisfaction, problem resolution and operation excellence across LCT. Focus areas and task details will be defined for team members by priorities. Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by efficient planning of field operations and timely resolution of customer issues Driving operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibility Dispatching field team members to the corrective service requests with most efficient and smart planning option, considering engineering proficiency and geographical circumstances. Master planning and follow up of Preventive Maintenance (PM), Field Modification Instruction (FMI), Installation, Option & Upgrades (O&U), helium refill operations Monitoring and closely following down systems and hot issues until resolution and customer satisfaction Establishing a smart service inventory in line with Global Parts Team’s strategy and ensuring availability of parts in local warehouses Managing installation and field tool inventory; purchase, loan, calibration & repair processes Performing data analysis and business case development for key projects Developing productivity initiatives/projects to reduce costs, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of service Achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring daily compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills (Requirements)Bachelor’s Degree Basic business acumen and understanding of key financial drivers Knowledge of Lean & Continuous Improvement principles Experience in statistical and/or data management tools Good written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English Behavior & Soft Skills (Requirements)Sense of priority & urgency Strong analytical and quantitative skills Process mindset Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills Demonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Analytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills Embraces all cultural operating behaviors of the company Inclusion and Diversity GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
