As Senior Subscription Manager, you will own a portfolio of customer subscriptions and coordinate the end-to-end commercial lifecycle. You will identify commercial drift, build and maintain a Commercial Roadmap by subscription, recommend the appropriate commercial play at the right time, forecast renewal and broader commercial outcomes, and drive quote-to-booking readiness. You will move beyond executing renewals to orchestrating commercial outcomes. Working as a trusted commercial advisor, you will align the customer lifecycle state, account strategy, terms, conditions, pricing logic, renewal pathways, and policy-aligned options to balance value delivered to customers and value captured by PTC. Ownership is expressed through accountability, insight, influence, and disciplined follow-through. Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned subscription portfolio and drive the end-to-end renewal lifecycle to deliver customer value, retention, and sustainable commercial outcomes. Develop and maintain a clear commercial roadmap for assigned accounts, including renewal strategy, customer state, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and next steps. Provide commercial guidance to customers and account teams by connecting contract structure, pricing, product configuration, policy requirements, and account strategy. Identify customer lifecycle state , renewal risk, downgrade signals, modernization opportunities, growth potential, and commercial drift early and recommend appropriate commercial actions. Identify and address commercial drift across contract structure, pricing, discounting, product configuration, renewal pathways, and terms & conditions to maintain commercial alignment over time. Forecast renewal and commercial outcomes accurately by maintaining complete, current, and decision-ready data, documentation, and pipeline hygiene. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Product, and other teams to progress the agreed commercial motion. Drive quote-to-booking readiness, timely customer engagement, and disciplined follow-through to reduce late surprises and improve business predictability. Support adoption of strategic initiatives, tools, processes, and programs. Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing best practices, strengthening knowledge management, and helping scale consistent Subscription Management execution. Required QualificationsPreferred BackgroundBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required. Business, Management, Technology, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, PLM, CAD, or technology industries. Experience coordinating stakeholders across international teams and complex regional business environments. Familiarity with CRM and forecasting systems such as Salesforce. Experience5+ years of experience in subscription management, renewals, customer success, commercial operations, sales, licensing, or a related field. Demonstrated experience managing complex renewals and commercial negotiations. Strong experience managing recurring revenue, customer retention, forecasting, and renewal-focused business motions. Experience working independently in cross-functional and international business environments. Experience with direct customer business models and strategic accounts preferred.
