The Set‑Up Mechanic plays a critical role in supporting reliable, efficient, and compliant pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for the set‑up and adjustment of production and packaging line equipment, as well as performing maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure optimal performance. Working in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards, the Set‑Up Mechanic helps maintain safe, high‑quality production by minimizing downtime, supporting equipment readiness, and ensuring all processes are executed with precision and compliance. This role is essential to sustaining smooth operations and delivering consistent product quality across the manufacturing environment.
