Job Description: Job Overview PURPOSE/目的 为了保证量产项目能够满足生产的要求，达到按时出货的目的,保障日常生产有序进行，提高生产效率，在制造工程经理的督导下，分析和解决生产工程问题. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/主要工作职责 新项目 为了保证量产项目能够满足生产的要求，达到按时出货的目的： 1.量产扩展PN组装设备的设计和改善，FSR样品制作及送检； 2.跟进量产项目扩展P/N的样板及拓展业务，外部的样品需求制作； 3.指导技术员进行组装设备的调试和样板制作； 4.做好安全防护措施,执行公司EHS标准和要求； 生产问题处理 为了保障日常生产的正常运行，降低报废和减少停机时间： 1.追踪和分析生产工程方面的问题,并提供解决方案； 2.指导技术员解决生产工程方面的问题； 3.与QE合作共同处理客户品质投诉； 生产工艺改进 为了提高生产效率并降低成本： 1.发现改善点,制定改善计划并与其他相关部门一起实施改善行动； 2.与ECO及时沟通关于产品设计方面的改善； 生产设备维修和保养 为了保障生产设备和模具的良好运转和安全性： 1.制定设备和模具的维修,保养及大修计划并监督技术员执行； 2.检查设备的安全防护装置,执行公司EHS标准和要求； 生产文档准备和管理 为了保证生产文档的完整和及时： 1.编写和更新工程文件(如工作指示书,生产流程图,FMEA等)； 2.跟进和执行工程更改； Job Requirements 本科及以上学历 机械/工程相关专业 5年相关工作经验 英语四级 团队合作 沟通技巧 执行力 What your background should look like Competencies Values: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, Teamwork Job Locations: HENGLI INDUSTRIAL AREA, NO.5 AREA OF ZHUHAI FREE T ZHUHAI, Guangdong 519030 China Posting City: ZHUHAI Job Country: China Travel Required: 10% to 25% Requisition ID: 158497 Workplace Type: Onsite External Careers Page: Engineering & Technology Apply now Apply Now Start apply with LinkedIn Please wait...
