Senior Network Hardware Test Engineer

Is the lab your happy place? We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Network Hardware Test Engineer to join our growing Network Hardware Qualification team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing testing activities, ensuring highest quality standards for network hardware switch platforms and wide range of interconnect technologies (AEC, AOC, optical transceivers). This role requires a deep understanding of performance, reliability, and compliance testing. The role will have the chance to collaborate with team members, project leads, and developers to drive defects to resolution. Familiarity with Ethernet Layer 1 (PAM4, FEC, BER) is very desirable.
