This position reports to: Finance Manager __ ABB 智慧电力业务单元介绍： ABB 智慧电力业务单元深耕能源配电与智能产业领域，以卓越的服务和解决方案，助力客户提升能源效率，加速迈向“净零”未来。随着全球 AI、大数据与互联网技术的加速演进，ABB 智慧电力业务持续以技术创新驱动实践，持续为客户提供安全可靠的电力支持。 Power U项目介绍： Power U是ABB智慧电力业务单元为优秀应届毕业生量身打造的校招人才发展项目，陪伴每一位Power U成员开启成长之旅。通过该项目，您将获得： 轮岗体验——参与为期12-18个月的多部门、跨地域轮岗，体验智慧电力业务单元的各个业务场景，全面了解业务运营机制 挑战性任务驱动——参与富有挑战性和影响力的项目任务，在实际工作中发现个人兴趣和优势； 深度团队协作——参与团队合作和协作，获得系统的培训和发展机会以及项目团队的全面支持; 明确成长路径——清晰的职业定位，资深导师一对一定制化培养，通过清晰的目标和定期的绩效反馈，持续发展个人优势，为职业生涯奠定坚实基础。 岗位职责： 参与为期12-18个月的Power U 人才发展项目，经历系统化的定向培养和轮岗历练，持续提升专业能力与综合素质； 协助分析实际业务绩效与计划的差异，提出改进建议。 与管理团队合作，分析财务绩效驱动因素，识别市场趋势。 协助财务报告、业务计划、预算和预测的准备，重点关注产品/业务线盈利能力、产品成本核算及生产差异分析。 构建财务模型，对各种假设情景进行分析，评估对组织的影响。 通过核对和异常审查，确保财务数据及报告的准确性。 汇总数据，制作报告及演示文稿，向管理层提供分析建议。 引入自动化解决方案，消除重复工作，持续优化工作效率。 执行职责范围内的内部控制，维护审计档案。 岗位要求： 硕士及以上学历应届毕业生（或不超过2年工作经验），财务、会计、数据分析或相关专业。 具有较强的学习敏捷性和成长潜力，有抱负、好奇心强、乐于探索新事物。 自我驱动、主动积极，有清晰的职业发展目标。 优秀的沟通与人际交往能力，具备团队合作精神。 较强的数据分析能力，擅长发现规律和问题。 良好的英语听说读写能力。 熟练使用Office办公软件（Excel/PPT），运用Power Pivot/Python/Eviews/Tableau进行数据处理分析，搭建数据模型。 More about us ABB Smart Power provides energy distribution solutions for data centers, industrial and manufacturing plants, critical infrastructure and commercial buildings.
