This position reports to: Head of Sales Instrumentation – Poland __ Your role and responsibilities At ABB, we help industries operate more efficiently, safely, and sustainably. ABB’s Measurement & Analytics division is a global leader in industrial measurement and analytical solutions, delivering innovative technologies that improve process performance, reliability, and sustainability. We are looking for a new team member to join our Measurement & Analytics team and drive business development and sales of ABB’s instrumentation portfolio, including flow, pressure, temperature and level measurement solutions, positioners, actuators and service offerings, while building long-term relationships with industrial customers across the Małopolskie, Świętokrzyskie and Podkarpackie regions. You will be mainly accountable for: Develop sales and actively identify new business opportunities within the assigned region Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process Lead commercial negotiations, prepare quotations, and achieve sales targets Collaborate with ABB’s technical and project teams to deliver optimal customer solutions and represent ABB at industry events and conferences Qualifications for the role Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field, preferably Automation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, industrial solution sales, or a similar role Knowledge of industrial automation and/or instrumentation products will be considered an advantage Proven ability to build business relationships and conduct commercial negotiations Proactive approach to business development and a results-oriented mindset Strong communication and presentation skills Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken Valid driver's license (Category B) and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
