In this role, you will lead the design, evaluation, and implementation of large-scale benefits programs — spanning health, welfare, retirement, and well-being — ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Meta's strategic priorities. You will serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to HR partners, finance, legal, and senior leaders, driving data-informed decisions that enhance the employee experience at scale.
