Job Description The Position The SAP Platform Team is responsible for The Company’s SAP Global Template asset, delivering enterprise-level capabilities through harmonized business processes and data. The team is responsible for the operation of all Our SAP and integrated solutions, governance of the associated enterprise assets, and cost-effective delivery of capabilities to support achievement of immediate and future state business objectives. Within the SAP Platform Team, The Senior SAP Engineer will assume responsibility for providing functional design and guidance for the SCM master data process impacted by Material, BOM/Recipe, Batch master, and Change control. This role will focus on driving the alignment, standards, design, and prioritization of business requirements in partnership with value teams. What will you do? Initiate and drive the development and implementation of SCM master data enhancements. Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure that data-related business requirements are properly defined and communicated. Analyze current process and recommend system improvements. Oversee cross-functional projects and assist with program wide initiatives if needed. Manage project implementation requirements: Configuration, Unit testing, Integration testing, Documentation, Data Conversion/Migration, End user Support and Training. Conduct workshops to familiarize teams with master data functionality. Ensure adherence to SDLC guidelines, processes, and procedures. Roll out global template solutions for new master data scenarios. Involve in data migration and cutover activities relevant to SCM master data. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required University Degree - Computer Science, Information Systems or related field is preferred. SAP Life Sciences Industry experience preferred. Working with S/4HANA is a must. 3+ years of broad, comprehensive, and experience in Data Governance and/or Data Management. SAP experience in Material Master, BOM & Recipe, Revision Level, Document Info Record and Batch Master. S4/Hana experience in Change Record and workflow methodologies is a must. SAP Fiori experience is a must. SAP PLM BOM synchronization is preferred. Familiarity with SAP security and interface concepts and experience in implementing security controls desired. Experience with other SAP modules in Supply Chain Management domain or wiliness to learn is welcome. General upgrade from ECC to S4. Demonstrated working knowledge of end-to-end master data processes, data projects, change control and the interdependencies for SCM master data. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex system issues. Ability to manage multiple simultaneous initiatives and prioritize work. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team player with people from different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience, competence in clear communication with peers, team members and business users. Experienced with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools preferred. Excellent English verbal/written communication skills.
