Motor Claims Specialist

Job description

What you do : Actively communicates with clients regarding the registration and processing of motor claims. Receives and registers insurance claims under the policies managed by the Claims Settlement Department of Allianz Bulgaria Insurance Company. Requests, processes, and administers documents certifying the occurrence of an insured event. Resolves technical issues in claims settlement in accordance with established internal rules and authority levels. Works with relevant information systems. Conducts oral and written correspondence with external and internal clients, including but not limited to the Ministry of Interior, the Prosecutor's Office, and other institutions. What you bring : Education – university degree in economics or engineering, or final-year student in a relevant field. Excellent communication skills – daily interaction with clients. Very good computer literacy. Advantage – experience and knowledge in the insurance industry. Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a team. Working level of English.
