What you will do As the Manager, Channel Operations – Contracts & Pricing Execution (AIN), you will lead AIN-based execution of U.S. Channel operations within the Contracts & Pricing Execution function. This role is responsible for managing Channel Payments, Channel Analytics, contract update processing, CDP maintenance, GCPS administration, scorecard validation, payment package governance, product launch support, operational controls, reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager/Director, Contracts & Pricing Execution, you will partner closely with ATO Channel SMEs, National Account Managers, Pricing, Market Access, Trade Operations, Finance, Information Systems, Commercial Operations, and AIN cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, compliant, scalable, and audit-ready Channel execution. The role will lead AIN Associates and Analysts to support Channel operations while preserving appropriate ATO oversight for strategic decisions, complex contract interpretation, customer-facing engagement, approvals, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Channel Operations Leadership Lead end-to-end execution of Channel operations including contract update processing, CDP management, GCPS administration, scorecard generation, payment processing, waiver governance, analytics support, reconciliations, and payment package readiness. Manage workloads, operational calendars, payment cycles, quarter-close deliverables, issue inventories, exception management, and execution readiness across Channel processes. Ensure repeatable and scalable execution of standard-state activities transitioning to AIN while maintaining proper escalation pathways for complex decisions and approval requirements. Establish operational discipline through KPI management, workload balancing, service expectations, quality reviews, readiness gates, and issue escalation frameworks. CDP, Contract & GCPS Governance Oversee Monthly and Quarterly CDP Update processes, Conga review activities, contract amendment assessments, and operational implementation of approved contract changes. Lead GCPS setup, maintenance, strategy updates, tracker governance, and program configuration activities. Ensure CDP-to-GCPS alignment, execution quality, peer-review effectiveness, and appropriate documentation retention. Partner with NAMs and retained ATO stakeholders on contract interpretation, amendment impact assessments, and complex operational decisions. Payments, Validation & Financial Controls Oversee scorecard generation, DOH validation, net sales reconciliation, payment package readiness, waiver processing, and payment calculation activities. Lead review of performance reports, scorecards, payment packages, trend reporting, and reconciliation outputs. Ensure SOX-aligned controls, documentation standards, review evidence, decision logs, and audit readiness requirements are consistently maintained. Drive operational governance across payment approvals, exception resolution, reconciliation reviews, and control execution. Analytics, Reporting & Operational Insights Lead Channel analytics support including net sales reconciliations, inventory reporting, compliance reporting, DOH analysis, 852/867 validation activities, and operational dashboards. Review variances, trends, recurring exceptions, payment drivers, and operational metrics to improve execution quality and transparency. Ensure reporting outputs support decision-making, payment approvals, audit requirements, and operational planning activities. Drive reporting standardization, KPI adoption, and analytics maturity across the Channel organization. Product Launch & Continuous Improvement Oversee AIN execution support for product launch readiness, MMDS activities, approved WAC maintenance activities, master data coordination, and launch documentation governance. Partner with ATO launch SMEs on transition planning, launch support activities, SOX documentation requirements, and process readiness. Drive automation, simplification, AI-enabled opportunities, reporting improvements, issue reduction initiatives, and workflow optimization. Support system enhancements, UAT execution, defect management, access readiness, and digital transformation initiatives across Channel operations. People Leadership & Transition Readiness Lead, coach, and develop AIN-based Medicaid Associates / Senior Associates supporting Medicaid operations and transition execution. Build a structured onboarding and KT model across learning, shadowing, reverse shadowing, supervised execution, and readiness sign-off before independent ownership expands. Partner with ATO Medicaid SMEs to define skills, proficiency levels, QA standards, escalation rules, and readiness criteria for each Medicaid process step. Create a culture of accountability, compliance, quality, continuous improvement, stakeholder service, and One CPE collaboration across ATO and AIN. Compliance, Controls & Audit Readiness Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal policies, pricing governance requirements, audit standards, and applicable pharmaceutical contracting regulations Maintain audit-ready documentation, approval evidence, decision logs, dispute records, and process workpapers supporting operational compliance. Identify operational, compliance, financial, and data integrity risks and lead mitigation and remediation efforts. Support internal, external, and SOX audit activities and drive closure of audit observations. What We Expect of You We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients. The ideal candidate is a strong Medicaid / managed markets operations leader with experience in U.S. healthcare or pharmaceutical rebate operations, financial controls, systems enablement, and people leadership. This individual combines operational discipline, Medicaid domain knowledge, analytical rigor, stakeholder collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset to build a scalable AIN Medicaid capability. Basic Qualifications Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, Analytics, or related discipline. 8 to 13 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, Gross-to-Net, Channel operations, revenue management, contract operations, commercial finance, analytics, or related areas. 3+ years of experience leading people, operational teams, or complex cross-functional delivery. Experience partnering with U.S.-based stakeholders across Finance, Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, Commercial Operations, Compliance, IT, or Revenue Management organizations. Experience leading process execution, reporting, controls, documentation, reconciliations, or operational transformation initiative Preferred Qualifications Deep understanding of Channel Payments, distributor agreements, fees and rebate
