Role Overview: The Total Rewards Specialist is a specialist-level, individual contributor role responsible for supporting the implementation and day-to-day delivery of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs for GCS Philippines. The role provides hands-on expertise in benchmarking, market analysis, HRIS data management, and rewards operations, ensuring Total Rewards practices remain competitive, compliant with Philippine labor market standards, and aligned with global frameworks established by the Global Rewards Centre of Excellence (COE). This position is suited for an experienced HR professional with strong analytical capability, sound understanding of Philippine compensation and benefits practices, and prior exposure to shared services or professional services environments.
