Role Purpose The P&C Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the accurate, compliant, and timely delivery of payroll and People & Culture operations for Grant Thornton Global Capability Services (GCS) Philippines. The role serves as a key operational resource within the P&C function, ensuring the effective administration of payroll, government statutory requirements, employee records, benefits administration, reporting, employee lifecycle processes, and HR operations. The Specialist works closely with employees, people leaders, Finance, and external service providers to ensure high-quality employee support and operational excellence while maintaining compliance with Philippine labor regulations, data privacy requirements, and company policies
