As a CAR-T production supervisor at Legend Biotech, you’ll lead a motivated team of operators in a cleanroom facility, ensuring smooth operations and a high standard of quality from start to finish. You’ll help make sure that daily activities run smoothly, safely, and in line with GMP standards. You’ll be guiding your team with all the responsibilities that come with it: facilitating growth of your team, inspiring them in their daily tasks and maintaining quality levels, and solving problems as challenges arise. What Can You Expect? As CAR-T production supervisor, you’ll be the driving force behind our operations. Your responsibilities will include: Leading & inspiring: manage operational teams and oversee key steps in the CAR-T production process. Ensuring quality: you manage all aspects of quality and ensure strict compliance with cGMP standards. As a domain expert for Quality and Operations, you play a central role in GMP inspections. Collaborating & solving: you'll be the go-to person for production challenges and work closely with other departments to find solutions. Keeping us organized: manage and review critical documentation like procedures, work instructions, logs and transfer forms. You'll also oversee the release and review of batch records for quality control. Training & developing talent: as a manager, you'll make sure your team has the skills and knowledge to excel.
