What can you expect? A unique HR role with dual responsibility. On the one hand, you will act as the HR point of contact for your assigned business unit(s), advising leaders and employees on a broad range of HR topics so they can stay focused on what matters most. On the other hand, you will drive and coordinate HR processes and projects related to organization development, such as talent management, succession planning and strategic workforce planning. Thanks to your expertise, Legend Biotech will continue to build leading soft HR processes that truly support our people and our business. Here’s what you’ll do: You will be the HR point of contact for your assigned business unit(s). You advise leaders and employees on HR procedures and more complex HR matters, acting as their trusted go-to partner for correct and timely guidance, while connecting them with the relevant Centers of Excellence, such as Talent Acquisition and Payroll, when needed. You coordinate soft HR projects within the field of Organization Development from A to Z. You take initiative, assess impact and bring structure throughout every phase. Your project management, communication and stakeholder management skills are key to creating a best-in-class HR approach. Examples of projects include strategic workforce planning, reviewing talent processes, succession planning, guiding leaders through new HR processes and supporting initiatives that strengthen sustainable organizational performance. You work closely with people leaders and your HR colleagues to ensure knowledge and expertise are shared effectively. Together, you have one common goal: building an HR function that delivers excellent support to the business. You support leaders in performance management, career development, coaching and feedback conversations. Through your guidance, they become even stronger leaders. You are energized by complex employee relations topics. In this role, you translate HR data into clear and actionable insights for the business. Your knowledge of labor legislation will be a strong asset, and experience interacting with unions is a plus. You keep a close eye on HR trends and critically assess where we can grow. You generate improvement ideas and translate them, together with the HR team, into practical HR projects. You report to the Senior HR Director Europe. Who are we looking for? Education A master’s degree. Experience At least 15 years of HR experience, including 6 years as an HR Business Partner in a dynamic international environment. Project management experience, ideally gained in a consulting environment. Languages Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken Strengths A pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong insight and critical thinking. Drive to lead projects, especially when they involve multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and build trust across all levels of the organization. An empathic, service oriented and people driven approach. A data-driven mindset. The ability to switch quickly and set the right priorities in a fast moving environment. Expertise Strong expertise in organization development-related topics, ideally built in a consulting environment, including solid project management skills that can be applied confidently in an internal HR role.
