Job Description With the aim of strengthening our Team in Poland, we are recruiting a Medical Representative - Eye Care. Area: Silesian Voivodeship The Medical Representative performs his duties faithfully and carefully, to the best standards, in accordance with the high-level professional requirements and the employer's expectations, as well as subject to the internal rules and their instructions. In order to fulfil the tasks and for the objectives set by the Employer, the employee will fully use all the means, tools and resources made available to him by the Employer. Main Responsibilities: Achieving the assigned targets Reaching the daily number of visits by doctors and pharmacists, according to the company's strategy and the pharmaceutical legislation Performs daily visits according to the planning of each business cycle Responsible for the individual promotional budget Visit plan weekly and monthly reporting Organizing seminars and participating in national congresses and symposia Very good knowledge of the products Team Working with other Medical Representatives Requirements: Several years’ previous experience in similar position, preferably working with ophthalmologists Preferable University Life Science Degree Medicine/Biotechnology/Biology/Pharmacy/Chemistry/Natural Science Medical and pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance knowledge Polish language proficiency both spoken and written, as well as good English skills Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to excel in dynamic and challenging situations Time Management Driving license B Ethics and compliance Our offer: Initial 1-year contract with the conversion to a permanent position based on performance Salary between PLN 98.000 - PLN 122.000 You will be entitled of a Company Car according to Fidia Car Policy Private medical care Life insurance Vacation funding Fidia benefits: In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes, pension fund with company integration and health fund, merit review and referral programs, company canteen, staff discounts and access to the flu vaccination campaign.
