Job description

Position Purpose • Provide advanced pre-sales and post-sales field application engineering support for voice alarm and fire detection systems, with voice alarm as the primary area of specialization. • Translate customer needs, specifications and site constraints into compliant, competitive and technically robust system solutions. • Develop business opportunities by combining technical expertise, customer engagement, solution promotion and support for the sales organization. • Support partners and customers throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity qualification and solution design through pilot installations, commissioning assistance, training and technical follow-up.
