Your role at Baxter This role focuses on Tableau development, Metadata creation and documentation for GBU Data Products, including uplift of data literacy and change management for Tableau developers within the GBU functions . What you'll be doing Tableau development, Metadata creation and documentation for GBU Data Products, including uplift of data literacy and change management for Tableau developers within the GBU functions . Drive UAT activities with business partners to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Ensures standards are maintained across all developments Debug and Resolve any issues – new and existing. Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills to prepare metadata layer and do data analysis. Ability to communicate with business on any issues reported with the reports/data and do the root cause. Ability to apply past knowledge to provide suggestion to improve quality of support. Work collaboratively across teams across regions.
