Dazu gehören die Optimierung bestehender Methoden, die Etablierung neuer Verfahren sowie die Einführung neuer analytischer Geräte und Automatisierungslösungen Leitung und Bearbeitung aller Themen rund um Primärpackmittel und Single-Use-Systeme Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von zwei neuen Musterzugkabinen Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Produktion und Verpackung zur qualitätsbezogenen Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Abweichungen Erstellung und kontinuierliche Pflege von Spezifikationen für neu einzuführende Rohstoffe und Verpackungsmaterialien Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen (SOPs) zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten und GMP-konformen Betriebs, insbesondere im Bereich des Musterzugs Verantwortung für die termingerechte und GMP-konforme Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen (CAPAs) sowie Änderungsprozessen Aktive Mitwirkung bei internen Selbstinspektionen und externen Kundenaudits zur Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards. . Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Pharmaziestudium mit Approbation als Apotheker/in oder ein vergleichbares naturwissenschaftliches Studium Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der GMP-regulierten pharmazeutischen Industrie, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätskontrolle Breites fachübergreifendes Know-how mit vertieften Kenntnissen in den Bereichen Qualitätsmanagement/GMP, Primärpackmittel, Single-Use-Systeme sowie pharmazeutische Analytik Fundierte Kenntnisse der aktuell geltenden pharmazeutischen Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Anforderungen Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, verbunden mit Zielorientierung, Entscheidungsstärke und einem hohen Qualitätsbewusstsein Hohe Eigeninitiative sowie eine zuverlässige, projektorientierte Arbeitsweise mit dem Anspruch, Ergebnisse termingerecht und in hoher Qualität zu erzielen Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Kreativität, Problemlösungskompetenz, Belastbarkeit und Anpassungsfähigkeit Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
