Customer Service Assistant

Job description

Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! Responsibilities: Manage customer orders from order entry to delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely invoicing, and effective follow-up. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and ensure smooth order fulfillment. Monitor inventory levels, prepare demand forecasts, and support stock planning to prevent shortages and overstock situations. Arrange local and export shipments, manage logistics documentation, and verify freight costs and shipping requirements. Support daily sales operations by maintaining records, monitoring product quality status, and tracking pricing, packaging, and lead-time updates Qualifications: College or University degree Basic proficiency in written and spoken English Familiar with SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & Word) Experience in Garment (Apparel) & Textile industry is an advantage ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
