What you´ll do Provide hands-on support and administration for laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and meeting room technologies Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and support the full lifecycle management of end-user devices Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including IT asset allocation, recovery, and inventory management Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents and service requests, collaborating with internal IT teams and external service providers as needed Deliver technical support for events, visits, projects, and technology deployments Maintain IT documentation and ensure compliance with security, asset management, and company policies What makes you a good fit Experience with supporting and managing Windows-based devices; knowledge of macOS is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and remote support tools Experience in end-user support, ticketing systems, and troubleshooting hardware and software issues Basic knowledge of Intune, mobile device management, networking, and audio-visual technologies is considered a plus Strong hands-on approach, analytical thinking, communication skills, accountability, and the ability to work independently as well as within a team Fluent Slovak and English language skills Some perks of joining Henkel Flexible work scheme with flexible hours, hybrid work model and up to 30 days per year for remote work abroad Diverse national and international growth opportunities Globally applicable well-being standards, including health and preventive care programs Gender-neutral parental leave for a minimum of 8 weeks Employee Share Plan with voluntary investment and Henkel matching shares 13th salary, incentives Cafeteria benefit system, Multisport card Henkel shop and Henkel nursery school Extra paid days off for special events, referral and relocation bonus Salary: €1,500 – €1,700 gross per month. The advertised amount represents a starting salary range. The final salary will be determined based on the above criteria and confirmed after the interview process.
