What you´ll do Executes local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new cust Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities Executes pricing actions Builds and maintains relationships with customers and distributors Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials / (re)solve customer requests and complaints Delivers KP OSG and PC % in territory / at defined account Ensures sales strategies with sustainability goals Monitors competitor activities , pricing. positioning Leverages CRM tools, data analytics, and automation to enhance sales performance What makes you a good fit Territory: Vigo (Galicia, Spain) and Mangualde (Portugal) – residency in the Vigo area required. University degree in Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers. Fluency in Spanish and English; (French and Portuguese are strong advantages). Strong technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences, including senior management. Excellent relationship-building, sales and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office and experience working with databases. Valid Category B driving licence.
