Execute daily process operations for fiber optic connector production lines, strictly follow standardized SOPs to complete core process tasks, support process lead to generate standard work instructions locally based on inputs from global NPI. 2. Support NPI small-batch trial production, assist process engineers in data recording, parameter verification and on-site trial execution for new product ramp-up 3. Conduct first-piece, in-process and final quality patrol inspections on the production floor, promptly report process anomalies and cooperate with engineers to implement corrective actions 4. Collect and organize on-site production process data, fill in production records and quality documents accurately, and provide real-time frontline feedback to the process team 5. Participate in daily equipment spot checks and process parameter confirmation, maintain on-site production discipline, and strictly follow all EHS operation specifications 6. Assist process engineers in completing process optimization small tests, tooling replacement and line changeover operations ensure no mixing of materials or process deviations during shift handover. Required Qualifications for Consideration: 1. Diploma/bachelor’s in engineering mechanical/electrical or related fields 2. BE with preferably 3+ years of related experience and Diploma with preferably 5+ years of related experience. 3. Basic familiarity with fiber optic connector production processes, common process parameters and basic quality inspection standards is a strong plus 4. Can read standard SOP documents clearly, master basic Excel operation for simple data statistics and record filling 5. Strong on-site execution ability, careful and responsible for operation details, can follow shift arrangement to complete production tasks on time 6. Basic English reading ability to understand English version operation instructions and equipment prompts 7. Good team communication awareness, can accurately report on-site anomalies to supervisors, and strictly follow safety operation specifications You Will Excite Us If You Have: • Experience in SAP • Experience in fiber products testing and test system.
