About this Position: The IT Service Manager oversees end-to-end IT service delivery across manufacturing plants, warehouses, R&D centers, and corporate offices. The role manages end-user support, IT infrastructure and applications, vendor performance, and service operations while ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs, high service availability, business alignment, and continuous improvement. About this Position: The IT Service Manager oversees end-to-end IT service delivery across manufacturing plants, warehouses, R&D centers, and corporate offices. The role manages end-user support, IT infrastructure and applications, vendor performance, and service operations while ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs and KPIs, high service availability, business alignment, and continuous improvement.
