Quality Control Key User/Software application specialist Locatie: Geel Level: L2-1 Hiring manager: Veronique Haesen About the Role Jouw rol: De Quality Control key user is verantwoordelijk voor de configuratie/user management van QC software paketten, waaronder het opzetten en onderhouden van het LIMS systeem. Je maakt deel uit van het QC support team en rapporteert aan de QC system supervisor. Je werkt nauw samen met meerdere afdelingen om een optimale implementatie van nieuwe digitale processen/verbeteringen te borgen. Over de functie: SME van digitale processen binnen de Quality Control afdeling onderhouden van het user management van digitale systemen binnen QC Garanderen van de integriteit van de digitale processen,audit trail reviews,.. Borgen van een betrouwbaar change management proces Inspectiebereidheid tonen tijdens regulatoire inspecties en audits (FDA, FAGG) met betrekking tot de QC digitale processen Ondersteunen van continue improvements in QC processen in nauwe samenwerking met andere subgroepen van QC Competenties: Data-analyse: complexe datasets kunnen analyseren en patronen, afwijkingen en verbeterpunten identificeren. ·       Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail: hoge kwaliteitsstandaarden handhaven in alle werkzaamheden. ·       Probleemoplossend: bekwaamheid in het identificeren van oorzaken ·       kennis en ervaring met QC software paketten (Onelims,Caducee,SoftmaxPro,...) ·       Digitale & AI-affiniteit: sterke voeling met digitale applicaties, data-platformen en opkomende AI-toepassingen About You 3-5 jaar ervaring in QC digitale processen Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, in Nederlands en Engels Proactieve en resultaatgerichte werkhouding Join our team and help drive excellence in quality management across our organization!
