Global Media Director – Consumer Brands (f/m/d)

Responsibilities: Define and lead the global media strategy, vision and investment principles of our brands, such as Vileda, O-Cedar, Gala and others Establish global media governance, standards, KPIs and measurement frameworks to improve effectiveness and ROI Lead the global media agency ecosystem and strategic platform partnerships (e.g., Google, Meta, Amazon) Lead media transformation initiatives, including Adtech, Martech, AI-driven optimization and capability building across regional teams Lead the Global team of media experts (Classic, Performance and Social) and the Media Council consisting of regional stakeholders in Europe and North America Qualifications: University degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred Several years of relevant professional experience in FMCG media and/or media agency, incl. leadership responsibility and ownership of large-scale media investments Proven track record over several years in media strategy, agency management and marketing effectiveness and budget management in a multinational matrix Strong expertise in Adtech, Martech, data and tracking ecosystems Extensive experience in budget management and commercial decision-making Business fluent in English, German is a plus ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
