Responsibilities: You will support the restructuring of documentation in Facility Management You will support the implementation of a new document management process You will work with colleagues to establish a new documentation structure You will review, maintain and check the documentation for compliance with legal requirements You will gain insights into the following areas: technical FM, maintenance/repair measures and overarching processes and interfaces Qualifications: You are studying construction, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering or similar in at least the 3rd semester You are confident in using Microsoft Office programs and have an affinity for working with IT systems You have an independent and structured way of working and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics Your analytical skills enable you to grasp complex issues in the shortest possible time Collaboration within a team inspires and motivates you and you are a communicative person Good written and spoken German (B2) and English skills ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
