This position reports to: Project Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will take ownership of project order handling, coordination, and delivery, ensuring seamless communication between teams, timely execution, and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction. The work model for the role is: Onsite This role is contributing to the AUPI business in Egypt You will be mainly accountable for: Order intake & documentation: receive, process, and document customer orders and project requirements with accuracy and attention to detail Project coordination: coordinate between sales, engineering, procurement, and execution teams to ensure all orders progress smoothly from award to delivery Schedule & milestone tracking: monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks early and escalate to senior management when needed Stakeholder communication: maintain regular contact with customers, internal teams, and vendors; provide timely updates on project status, changes, and issues Our team dynamics You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive. Qualifications for the role You are immersed in projects and enjoy working with automation, or electrical systems. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent field Preliminary knowledge of project management principles (PMBOK or similar framework familiarity is a plus) Experience with project management tools or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Knowledge of manufacturing, automation, or electrical systems Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English; fluency in Arabic is advantageous What’s in it for you?We want you to bring your full self to work on your ideas, your energy, your ambition.
