Für unseren Standort in Dimling bei Waidhofen an der Thaya suchen wir ab sofort: MANUFACTURING ENGINEER (m/w/d) Job Requirements Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Produktion Erarbeitung und Realisierung von Einsparungspotenzialen (Savings) in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Finance bei der Ermittlung, Nachverfolgung und Berichterstattung von Savings und Investitionen Mitarbeit an technischen Verbesserungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams und Kommunikation in englischer Sprache What your background should look like Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni oder vergleichbar) mit Schwerpunkt Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen Verständnis für Fertigungsprozesse und industrielle Abläufe Erfahrung im Bereich Prozessoptimierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Vorteil Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.449,10 brutto pro Monat.
