Braun desea incorporar un/a OPEX Manager en la planta de elaboración de nutrición parenteral en Rubí. Funciones: Definir, junto con el VP CAPS, el Modelo de Operational Excellence para CAPS Europa y la estrategia de despliegue. Liderar la implantación, seguimiento y evolución del OpEx Management System en CAPS España y plantas europeas. Alinear a la organización (dirección, mandos y equipos) en la adopción de prácticas y cultura OpEx. Definir, desplegar y realizar el seguimiento de KPI’s operativos y de mejora continua. Impulsar y dar soporte a iniciativas y proyectos de mejora transversal. Garantizar la correcta aplicación de los métodos OpEx mediante estándares, rutinas y mecanismos de seguimiento. Supervisar y coordinar los sistemas de Shopfloor Management en las plantas CAPS en España. Colaborar activamente con las plantas de CAPS Europa (Sheffield, Melsungen), actuando como responsable funcional de los Opex Managers locales Identificar necesidades de formación en Operational Excellence y contribuir a la definición del plan anual de formación. Diseñar e impartir sesiones formativas en OpEx. Acompañar a equipos y mandos mediante coaching y mentoring, desarrollando capacidades internas. Apoyar a la organización en la adopción de nuevas formas de trabajo orientadas a la mejora continua y la excelencia operativa. Requerimientos: Formación universitaria técnica o similar. 3 años de experiencia demostrable en Operational Excellence / Lean / Continuous Improvement en entornos industriales (certificación necesaria) Se valora Experiencia trabajando con plantas y entornos productivos internacionales Se valora conocimientos y experiencia en gestión de proyectos Alta capacidad para influir, liderar sin jerarquía y gestionar el cambio Orientación a resultados, visión estratégica y fuerte enfoque en personas Inglés avanzado (C1 o superior) Disponibilidad para viajar a plantas CAPS en Europa (50%) Ofrecemos: Retribución fija bruta anual a partir de 50.300€, ajustada al perfil y experiencia de la persona candidata.
