Customer: Maybank Location: Malaysia Role: Project Management Office (PMO) Employment/Deployment: Local hire preferred Yrs of Exp – 7 to 10 years Role Summary We are looking for a PMO professional to support Maybank technology initiatives through project governance, planning, tracking, reporting and stakeholder coordination. The Maybank delivery documentation already identifies activities around planning and work breakdown structure, status reporting, risk and issue tracking, IT resource management/tracking, deliverable documentation, vendor activities and cost/payment tracking , which have been reflected in this JD Key Responsibilities Support Project Manager/Program Manager in day-to-day project governance. Maintain integrated: Project plans Milestones Deliverables Dependencies Resource trackers Prepare and maintain project status reports and management dashboards . Track RAID : Risks Actions Issues Dependencies Follow up with respective owners to ensure timely closure of open actions. Track project milestones, deliverables and commitments against agreed plans. Coordinate governance meetings and prepare: Agenda Meeting materials Minutes of Meeting Action trackers Coordinate across business, technology, vendor and delivery stakeholders. Support resource onboarding/offboarding and resource-management tracking. Maintain project documentation and ensure appropriate governance artifacts are current. Track vendor deliverables and associated dependencies. Support project financial tracking including forecast, actuals and relevant vendor/payment information where applicable. Escalate project risks, slippages and dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders. Support Project Managers in preparation of steering committee and management governance packs. Maintain appropriate project repositories and document controls. Skill Requirements Mandatory Skills Experience in PMO / Project Coordination / IT Project Management support . Strong project planning and tracking capabilities. Experience with RAID management and status reporting . Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience preparing project dashboards and leadership-level status reports. Familiarity with Jira or similar project/work-management tools. Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities. Preferred Skills Experience in Banking / Financial Services projects. Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. Experience supporting technology transformation, application development or production-support programs. Experience coordinating multiple vendors/technology teams. Experience supporting senior management governance forums.
